Apple iPhone 5 – Review

Apple iPhone 5 is definitely lighter, thinner and faster than its predecessors. You will love its 4g capability, bigger screen and that better front-facing camera. This was perhaps the most anticipated Apple handset ever since the launch of iPhone 4. There were already temptations in the market for users, keeping them away from the pull of iOS with the superior Windows Phone interface or the Sony Xperia T. But statistics don’t lie and there were two million pre-orders with Apple within 24 hours.

iPhone 5

There are hardly any visible changes in iPhone 5 that differentiate it from its two predecessors. The first thing that you will not about is its weight as this is the lightest iPhone ever. The shell is made out of anodised aluminum and those glass strips adorning the top and bottom of the phone lend it a premium feel.   But the 7.6mm-deep iPhone isn’t the thinnest in the market. But buyers love the lightweight design and wonder how Apple managed to pack all those goodies in the small design. The 4 inch screen is Apple’s overdue nod to the trend for bigger displays.  It boasts of a resolution of 1136×640 and 326ppi, displaying bright and rich colors. The headphone socket is placed to the bottom of the device. However, the jutting jack might interfere with your hand when holding it up. There is a boost for the stereo speakers.
